Our Bikes and accessories

We have an extensive selection of bikes and trikes to accommodate the needs of all ages and abilities and also provide accessories such as footplates, seat belts, harnesses to support cycling.  We are always on the look out for changes and developments and are now integrating e cycles into our fleet.

Hire

The majority of our bikes and trikes are available for hire, from one hour to longer term. For security we require evidence of photo ID and it is essential that responsibility for the safety and condition of the hire is respected. We have kept our prices the same over the last 5 years, including our membership, which includes an assessment to ensure the best match of cycle and needs.

 

Membership

Being a member enables your carer to cycle free. It also provides an initial assessment and re-assessments to match your needs to the best adaptive cycle.

 

Dealership

We have built relationships with the manufacturers of many of our fleet and become dealers for many. This has enabled us to purchase models so that people can “try before you buy” and helps us to keep abreast of the latest developments in the adaptive cycle world. If you are interested in purchasing a trike, get in touch!

 

Workshop

Our mechanics are extraordinary! They really are, as they have expertise of so many adaptive bikes and trikes as well as bikes in general. In addition to maintaining and repairing our extensive fleet, our mechanics build and maintain specialist trikes bought through our dealership. We also offer a repair and maintenance service to the public and refurbish donated bikes, which are then offered for sale.

 

Our Café

Cycling is a very social experience and we are fortunate in having a café on site where people can meet before or after a ride. It’s also a place to become familiar with the inclusive cycling on offer, where  possibilities can be observed and confidence built!
