Cycling For Older People

We have funding from the Cardiff and Vale University Health Trust and Cardiff Council to promote cycling amongst older people. As a result we are able to offer various free courses to increase people's cycle riding and maintenance skills.

Between now and next March we offering courses on the following topics:

  1. Learn to ride
  2. On-Road Cycling
  3. Cycle Maintenance
  4. Cycle Leadership
