Wish Campaign

The Wish Campaign is an initiative to support local community groups run by the South Wales Echo. Until November 17 the Echo will contain tokens to be collected by people to pass on to their chosen organisation. The publishers have created a £25000 pot to be shared between participating organisations depending on how many tokens they collect as a fraction of the total. Collections need to be submitted by January 7 2013.

Pedal Power is taking part in this initiative so please collect the tokens and bring them into the bike shed or post them to us. Please also encourage your friends to collect them and pass them on to you. We have sheets available that the tokens can be stuck to, so they don't get lost and are more easily counted. This can be downloaded from the Wish Campaign website or, if it is more convenient, please ask us for a copy. Make sure all your friends have a collection leaflet.

The big advantage of this campaign is that all the participating organisations will get something but the more enthusiastic an organisation's supporters are the more it will receive.
